Most appointments are made in advance, however there are always some appointments available on the day. These appointments cannot be accessed in advance and are for patients with urgent medical matters.

Standard appointment times are 15 minutes. If you have a complex problem or more than one issue that needs to be discussed, please tell the receptionist when making your booking so a longer appointment can be arranged.

Please note that medical emergencies and sick children are always given priority. Our doctors spend as much time as necessary with every patient, so sometimes there are delays. Again you can help us by making a long appointment for complex or multiple problems.

Reminder regarding appointment are sent via SMS 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please confirm if you are able to attend.

Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world. Two out of three Australians will be diagnosed with skin cancer by the age of 70. If detected early most skin cancers are successfully treated. Our doctors are experienced in performing skin checks. Flu Vaccination

Influenza (flu) is a highly contagious, acute viral infection which infects the upper airways and lungs. The vaccine protects you against influenza by building immunity to the virus and preventing transmission of the virus to other people.

Vaccination is recommended for anyone aged 6 months and older who wishes to protect themselves from influenza and its complications.
