Appointments
Patients may schedule appointments from Monday to Friday by contacting us at 8952 2000 starting at 8:00 am. We are committed to providing availability for your desired doctor and preferred time slot. In addition to weekday appointments, we also offer Saturday availability, as well as a convenient walk-in service for our patients.
Same-Day Appointments Available for Patients with Urgent Medical Needs
A majority of appointments are typically scheduled in advance; however, there are limited same-day appointments reserved for patients with urgent medical needs. These appointments cannot be booked in advance and are specifically allocated for urgent medical matters.
Our standard appointment times are set for 15 minutes each. If you anticipate having a complex issue or multiple matters that require discussion, we kindly ask that you inform our receptionist when scheduling your appointment, so that we may allocate a longer duration accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Kindly be advised that medical emergencies and instances of sick children are always prioritised at our clinic. Our dedicated doctors ensure to spend ample time with each patient, resulting in potential delays at times. To help streamline the process, we recommend scheduling a longer appointment for complex or multiple concerns.
Appointment reminders are sent via SMS 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please confirm if you are able to attend.
