Skin Checks

Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world. Two out of three Australians will be diagnosed with skin cancer by the age of 70. If detected early most skin cancers are successfully treated. Our doctors are experienced in performing skin checks. A dermatoscope which allows high magnification of the skin lesion may be used to assist the doctor in performing skin checks. Minor lesions may be removed or biopsied by the doctor.
